Lawyer Selma Karaduman graduated from Kocaeli University Faculty of Law in 2003. Following her legal internship, in addition to taking graduate courses in Private Law in 2005, Karaduman taught Commercial Law courses for one year as a lecturer at Kandıra Vocational School. She is currently invited as a guest lecturer at various universities and provides training on entrepreneurship law and contract law to various organizations. She has also presented papers on energy law at various conferences.
After gaining experience in international law firms, she has been continuing her consultancy and legal practice since 2009 at Karaduman Law Office, which she founded. She specializes in commercial law, contract law, energy law, arbitration law, family law, and copyright and art law.
Karaduman, who also holds a Mediation certificate from the Ministry of Justice, is currently working on his master’s thesis titled “The Problems Caused by the Regulation of Private Law Contracts with the Provisions of Administrative Law and the Limits of Regulation” and speaks English.
