Prof. Dr. Ömer Dinçer

Prof. Dr. Ömer Dinçer is a Turkish academic, bureaucrat and politician. He was born on September 10, 1956 in Karaman. He has a degree in business administration and has held various academic positions. In particular, he was a faculty member at Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration, where he carried out important studies.

Education and Academic Career:
